Because I can’t seem to keep myself from reading just one book at a time, I’ve devised a strategy to partition my time between the various books-in-progress I have.
Bedroom: Season of Seduction (Jennifer Haymore) and Warrior (Zoe Archer)
Writing desk: Fiction: A Pocket Anthology (ed. R.S. Gwynn), Essential Pleasures (ed. Robert Pinsky)
At work: whatever’s on my kindle, currently A Feast for Crows (George R.R. Martin), and my craft book of the week–Characters, Emotion & Viewpoint (Nancy Kress)
Can you read more than one book at a time? If so, how do you choose what to read at any given moment?
